Technical Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues affecting platform functionality
• Support customers and partners by diagnosing complex integration challenges and providing clear
• Manage support incidents from triage to resolution while meeting SLAs and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and internal teams to escalate issues and drive timely
• Analyze logs, system data, and SQL queries to identify root causes and recommend actions.
• Create and maintain technical docs, guides, and knowledge base articles to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in a technical/support role, ideally fintech/payments/SaaS/API-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting API-based products, including troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate complex issues.
• Experience reading application logs and writing SQL queries for troubleshooting/data analysis.
• Understanding of incident and case management best practices, plus clear communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive with continuous learning and cross-functional teamwork.
