Technical Support Consultant

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and assurance across Control Room Support
• Support major incidents with technical input and recovery
• Contribute to problem investigations and root cause analysis
• Review change work plans and technical material
• Create, review and maintain documentation, knowledge base entries, and solution design
• Engage early in projects to ensure service readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or operations within ITIL-aligned environment
• Strong working knowledge in at least one NEC Public Safety product or equivalent complex enterprise
• Experience reviewing change work plans and supporting delivery of changes
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills
• Clear communication skills with ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
• Ability to obtain and maintain NPPV3 and SC security clearance
