Technical Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Own deployment pipelines, cloud infra, and AI workflows
• Build internal tools and automation in Python/Java
• Create AI-powered utilities for diagnostics and knowledge retrieval
• Manage Kubernetes deployments and IaC with Terraform/CF
• Lead CI/CD pipelines and runbooks for zero-downtime releases
• Collaborate with developers and architects on platform issues

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python and Java development
• Kubernetes (EKS) experience and RBAC
• IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation
• AWS/Azure cloud services and auto-scaling
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch
• AI tooling: LLM APIs, Claude, LangChain, Azure OpenAI
