📋 Description

• Grow into the local technical reference for TOMRA RVM products by supporting installation
• Support technical escalations by preparing clear fault documentation, raising and managing service
• Use TRMS backoffice, configuration files, and local parameters as part of operational support.
• Monitor machine performance and service trends, identify repeated issues, and support corrective
• Prepare and improve user guides, checklists, training material, and technical instructions; support
