Technical Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams across APIs, platform
• Support users across multiple channels (email, chat, Slack) with high responsiveness and customer
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues (OAuth, API keys, HTTP errors, rate limits, JWT, config
• Investigate technical issues by analyzing API logs, error messages, payloads, monitoring data, and
• Manage support cases within SLAs, prioritize urgent issues, document cases, escalate when needed.
• Reproduce and document bugs, work with engineering to resolve problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or related engineering role with customer-first mindset.
• Strong troubleshooting/analytical skills across web, cloud, APIs, backend services.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, diagnosing requests/responses, HTTP errors, integration issues.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, API keys).
• Experience with monitoring/logging/observability tools, supporting production systems.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, ML systems, or data-intensive apps is valuable.
