  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams across APIs, platform
  • Support users across channels (email, chat, Slack) with high responsiveness and customer experience.

  • Investigate issues using logs, payloads, monitoring data to determine root causes.
  • Manage support cases within SLAs, escalate high-impact problems when needed.
  • Reproduce and document bugs, collaborate with engineering for resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support or related engineering role with customer-first mindset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across web, cloud, APIs, backend services.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs; diagnose requests, responses, HTTP errors, config issues.
  • Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, API keys and related auth flows.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, observability tools in production.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, ML systems, or data-heavy apps is valuable.
