Handle challenging problems in the DeFi/Web3 space and work with multiple teams (SRE, DevOps
Shift may start at 8 am with no night shifts; 5 days/week with possible weekend day.

🎯 Requirements

At least 3-5 years experience as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar).
Ability to work under high pressure and troubleshoot with effective time management.
Willingness to work unorthodox hours if needed.
API implementation and debugging.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
