Provide technical support to customers on Developer Platform products
Work with the Technical Operations team to run Cloudflare's global distributed network
Solve complex technical problems and interact with customers
Communicate through various support channels (Emails, Live Chats, Phone calls, virtual meetings)

🎯 Requirements

Familiarity with Developer Platform products
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Experience solving HTTP, DNS and other networking-related problems
Experience with a common web development language (e.g., JavaScript)
Understanding of how the Internet works
Experience in a support role where you resolved tickets
