📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in tech support, DevOps, or SRE (SaaS/AI/ML/cloud).
  • Hands-on debugging: APIs, logs, tracing (OpenTelemetry), profiling.
  • Proficient in Python or Bash for debugging/automation.
  • Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure; distributed systems; AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Jira; fluent English; strong communication.
