Collaborate with dev team to report bugs and improvements from client feedback.
Provide support via Helpdesk, email, and remote sessions.
Document actions and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
Develop and maintain support resources and knowledge bases.

🎯 Requirements

Vibration Analysis CAT III certification.
5+ years troubleshooting in industrial manufacturing.
Ability to work EST hours.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of PPCM and industrial processes.
