3+ years in a customer-facing technical role; 1+ year supporting AI SaaS/API.
Experience as SRE/DevOps with Kubernetes.
Strong AI/ML/GPU tech background within HPC environments.
In-depth infra skills: Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, HPC networks, NFS storage.
HPC/Slurm cluster experience: node draining, scheduling, maintenance.
High-speed networking: InfiniBand, RDMA; network diagnostics.
