Technical Support Engineer - Java/.NET (PST)

📋 Description

• Lead Java/.NET APM agents and Alerts; ramp to Node/Go/PHP/Python.
• Support customers by solving installation, configuration, and data exploration requests.
• Grow skills through training and exposure to other languages in our product suite.
• Advocate for customers to Product org by providing feedback on features and bugs.
• Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and Knowledge Centered Support (KCS).
• This opening is for a day shift 8am-5pm PT Mon-Fri; may require weekends occasionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Troubleshoot languages and networks; OpenTelemetry, Distributed Tracing, Java, .NET, Node.
• AWS and Docker/Kubernetes familiarity.
• Enterprise app building/maintenance/testing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and creative problem solving.
• High empathy for customers and mentorship mindset.
