📋 Description

  • Support customers on proprietary software to identify needs and offer solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest product and underlying technologies.
  • Recognize and escalate difficult technical/business issues.
  • Troubleshoot with product teams to resolve issues.
  • Prioritize and organize customer ticket workload.
  • Train end users via email, phone, and ticketing system.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-level technical support in a Windows environment.
  • 2+ years installing and configuring Windows software.
  • In-person Windows and Mac support, plus mobile device support (iOS/Android).
  • Knowledge of Windows Server architecture and security.
  • Zendesk experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the car dealership industry.
