📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service; tech support or help desk preferred.
  • PC/Mac OS and MS Office knowledge; hardware/networking knowledge preferred.
  • Advanced English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Able to work remotely in Ukraine; US hours 12pm-4am Mon-Fri.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with evolving tools and processes.
