  • At least 1 year experience as a Technical Support Rep
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Excellent phone, email, and IM communication
  • Tech savvy with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM & VoIP
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Calendar
  • Proactive with keen attention to detail; able to work graveyard shift
