📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service/support and troubleshooting tech issues.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript; Google BigQuery.
  • Excel pivot tables and Google Suite proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with phone, email, and chat; French for regional inquiries.
  • Able to work a flexible 24/7/365 schedule.
