  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, Linux
  • Troubleshoot login, 2FA, and connectivity issues
  • Configure VPNs, firewalls, and DNS/ISP problems

  • Experience across Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to read error logs and diagnostic information
