📋 Description

  • Analyze customer issues (defects/enhancements) and coordinate delivery to provide a solution.
  • Analyze technical requirements and facilitate resolution for defects or procedure updates.
  • Understand client environments and recommend modifications to optimize the FreeBalance suite.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact during deployment and provide 1st/2nd line support after implementation.
  • Provide 1st/2nd level government support using the internal tracking system and SLA.
  • Enter all issues into the FreeBalance portal and flag for internal action.

🎯 Requirements

  • University degree in CS, Systems Eng, Software Programming, or related field.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software systems (applications and databases) required.
  • Experience with BI, dashboards and reporting using Pentaho, Bootstrap, BIRT, or Crystal Reports.
  • Experience with ANSI SQL; administer Oracle, MS SQL or PostgreSQL; configure Tomcat/JBoss.
  • Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Fluent in English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
