🎯 Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French (read, write, speak)
  • Post-secondary diploma in Engineering or CS valued
  • 1-3 years in customer service or technical support
  • 1-3 years troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Expert Excel (pivot tables and reporting)
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript; BigQuery a plus
