📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end technical support for client environments and services.
• Troubleshoot REST services, API tools, and monitoring platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years SaaS tech support experience; Bachelor's preferred.
• Hands-on with REST services and API tools; strong troubleshooting.
• Experience with DataDog, SendGrid, Twilio, Salesforce, MS Dynamics.
• SQL skills with PostgreSQL or Snowflake.
• Familiar with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Agile/SAFe environment experience; strong communication.
