📋 Description

• Drive hiring velocity across multiple tech functions; reduce time-to-fill.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders, hiring managers, and HRBP to identify needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, offers.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS for data-driven decisions.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tech to boost sourcing and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, sales, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition/recruiting in global or SaaS product orgs.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools; ability to handle high-volume.
• Experience juggling 5-15 roles and 4-8 interviews daily; strong prioritization.
• Knowledge of hiring regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to convey opportunities.
• Proven ability to build networks and partnerships with managers/HR.
