📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, hard-to-fill engineering, data, platform infrastructure
• Leverage AI tools and modern talent intelligence platforms to optimize sourcing, market research
• Partner with Engineering and Data leaders to define role scorecards, refine technical interview
• Develop targeted global sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates
• Monitor recruitment analytics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-value, and
• Improve candidate journeys and support technical interviewers in delivering consistent, effective

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technical talent acquisition, with a proven track record of
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools and modern talent intelligence platforms
• Strong understanding of contemporary technology stacks and the ability to communicate credibly with
• Proven experience building global sourcing strategies and engaging high-quality passive candidates
• Ability to establish structured, competency-based assessments and collaborate with technical
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret pipeline data, assess market trends
