🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience recruiting for technical roles, including a minimum of 2 years in an
• Demonstrated ability to recruit engineers, product managers, and other technical professionals
• Ability to conduct in-depth screening conversations, assess individual ownership of projects, probe
• Strong knowledge of the Indian technical talent market, including relevant companies, professional
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve recruitment or other professional workflows. You should be
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers simultaneously, balancing differing
