Partner with the Learning & Development Specialist to identify technical capability gaps
Lead and facilitate technical Guilds and knowledge-sharing sessions
Support technical assessments for prospective and existing engineers
Promote ITIL-aligned practices and managed services standards

🎯 Requirements

Experience in managed services, IT support, or systems engineering; Australian MSP environment
Strong understanding of L1, L2, and L3 support functions
Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server
Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP) and ITIL principles
