Technical Team Lead – Data & BI (m/f)

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of ~30 technical consultants.
• Lead Data Warehouse, ETL, and BI initiatives and contribute to design.
• Coordinate delivery to meet quality, timelines, and business objectives.
• Onsite at client site for collaboration and delivery.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the team.
• Contribute to evolution and maintenance of DW/BI platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Integration, BI, Data Warehouse, or related environments.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complex IT environments.
• Strong IBM DataStage, ETL, and Data Warehouse architectures background.
• Fluency in French is mandatory, with good English.
• Experience coordinating delivery activities, priorities, and team workloads.
• Experience managing administrative and operational aspects within a delivery team.
