📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers (typically 1–3, scaling up to around 6 with contractors for
• Oversee daily operations, including task prioritisation, performance reviews and resource allocation
• Act as the first point of contact for business areas requesting EUX projects
• Scope new projects: gather business requirements, confirm funding is approved, estimate effort in
• Break business requirements down into technical tasks and run sprint planning and execution in Jira
• Take projects through the change board and oversee end-to-end delivery, including physical rollout

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in IT infrastructure, cloud or systems engineering roles
• Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience across all aspects of Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Experience with modern workplace solutions such as Citrix and VMware
• Experience leading end-user computing (EUC) projects from scoping to rollout, ideally across large
