• Lead a DevOps/DevSecOps pod; hands-on code, architecture, pipelines; accountable.

• Own end-to-end architecture for cloud portal workloads on Azure and GCP.

• Drive systems-level design: Terraform/Ansible/Helm patterns and platform conventions.
\n
• Run code reviews and design reviews; set quality bar and definition of done.
\n
• Stay hands-on: contribute IaC modules, pipeline logic, and app code; 80/20.
\n
• Champion AI-first development: model-assisted coding and AI workflow governance.
\n

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ yrs software eng; 2+ yrs leading 3+ engineers; hands-on coding in last 12 mos.
\n
• Cloud arch: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP; AKS/GKE; Key Vault; IAM; VNets.
\n
• Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes; reusable module design.
\n
• CI/CD with Jenkins or GitHub Actions; blue/green, canary, rollback.
\n
• DevSecOps: SAST/DAST/SCA tooling; container image scanning; secrets mgmt.
\n
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, DataDog; SLO/SLI.
