📋 Description

• Lead a DevOps/DevSecOps pod; hands-on with code, architecture, and pipelines.
• Set technical direction; run design reviews; unblock team; act as PM.

• Drive system-level design; reusable Terraform/Helm/Kubernetes patterns.
• 80% hands-on contributions; 20% team management.
• Champion AI-first development; review AI output for security.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software/platform engineering; 2+ years leading 3+ engineers; hands-on coding.
• Technical architect/lead with cloud exp on Azure/AWS/GCP (AKS/GKE, IAM).
• Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes; CI/CD with Jenkins or GitHub Actions; blue/green.
• DevSecOps: SAST/DAST/SCA tooling; container scanning; secrets management.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor; SLO/SLI.
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering; Bash, Python, PowerShell; AI-first development.
