Technical Tooling Lead (Alation & Profisee)

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, estimation, resourcing, and execution of Alation and Profisee implementation
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and release
• Align delivery activities with business objectives, governance requirements, and programme
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data governance teams, technology teams
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance forums to drive decision-making and issue
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex technology or data management implementations in enterprise
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, estimation, reporting, risk management, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, master data management (MDM), and
• Experience leading the rollout or implementation of data management tools such as Alation
• Familiarity with enterprise data architectures, cloud platforms, and data transformation programmes.
