• Conduct skill gap analysis and track progress in platforms

• Presentation experience
• Excellent communication; explain technical and non-technical processes
• Process and documentation creation
• Experience providing technical training
• Experience with trouble ticketing and knowledge management platforms
• Certification in training is a plus
