🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on repair experience with fitness equipment (residential/commercial).
• Experience training technicians, installers, or support agents in-person and remote.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into clear, actionable training content.
• Own content creation, certification design, delivery, assessment, and improvement.
• Create training materials: repair guides, troubleshooting manuals, LMS content.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and tools like Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
