🎯 Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in structural manufacturing: drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping.
In-depth QA knowledge: QA buy-off, deburring, fasteners, torque, docs.
Experience with precision tools: calipers, micrometers, depth gauges.
Strong collaboration and ability to clearly demonstrate techniques safely.
8+ years of technical training experience (aerospace preferred).
Background in developing training materials and SOPs.
