📋 Description

• Lead and oversee train-the-trainer programs for vendor instructors
• Deliver training for operators on safety-critical missions
• Implement training programs for on-road support and management tools
• Plan roadmap for market expansion and scalable learning
• Manage trainer/operator certifications and LMS enrollments
• Ensure external training partners meet safety and learning goals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years managing complex technical/operational training
• Expert in delivery methods; certified training program (ATD or similar)
• Experience managing vendor external training teams
• Strong adult learning principles application
• Proficient with LMS tracking and assessments
• Excellent communication across fast-paced teams
