Technical Vehicle Test Operator - Wittmann, AZ (Contract)

📋 Description

• Drive test vehicles on local missions and trips up to 300–400 miles.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including multi-day trips across the U.S.
• Operate on rotating schedules, including night shifts.
• Log test data using CAN tools (Vehicle Spy, CANalyzer) and onboard logging systems.
• Maintain vehicle readiness: software flashing, configuration setup, instrumentation installation.
• Collaborate with engineers to verify software features across multiple domains and report findings.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of related experience; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements; MVR checks.
• Ability to pass ten-panel drug screening and criminal background checks.
• 0–2 years of experience in vehicle testing, validation, or development shop support.
• Technical proficiency with computers, including terminal commands and GitHub.
• Proficient in vehicle diagnostics and data logging tools (OBD, CAN); Jira/Slack.
