📋 Description

• Manage and organize multiple inboxes (3+)
• Set up email rules, filters and automations
• Respond to emails on behalf of the client (suppliers, internal communication)
• Summarize key updates and flag important items
• Work within Shopify to manage and support product-related tasks
• Research and implement Shopify apps and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Strong technical and systems mindset
• Proven experience with Shopify (ESSENTIAL)
• Proven experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Proven experience with creating visual content or layouts
• Ability to work with Shopify integrations and apps
