📋 Description

• Own documentation for one or more product areas as the dedicated writer.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to keep docs accurate.
• Build expertise by testing tech and mapping to real-user needs.
• Manage documentation projects from planning to publication.
• Advocate for user-focused docs and incorporate customer perspectives.
• Improve structure, clarity, and completeness using analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with a portfolio of developer docs.
• Experience understanding, testing, and documenting complex software products.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools.
• Experience writing docs for SaaS, on-premise, or enterprise tech.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows, Git, Markdown, and Docusaurus.
• Willingness to use the product ecosystem you will document.
