📋 Description

• Own documentation for one or more product areas as the dedicated writing partner.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to keep docs accurate and aligned with releases.
• Build product-area expertise by testing tech and creating user-focused docs.
• Manage docs projects from planning to publication and ongoing maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs and incorporate customer perspectives.
• Improve doc structure, clarity, and completeness via analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing with developer docs portfolio.
• Experience with understanding, testing, and documenting complex software.
• Hands-on with Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools.
• Experience writing docs for SaaS, on-prem, or enterprise tech.
• Ability to tailor content for engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Familiar with docs-as-code, Git, Markdown, AI workflows, and Docusaurus.
