📋 Description

• Own documentation for one or more product areas as the dedicated writing partner.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to stay accurate and aligned with releases.
• Build deep expertise by testing technologies and addressing real-world user needs.
• Manage documentation projects from planning to publication and ongoing maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs and bring customer perspectives into product discussions.
• Improve structure, clarity, and completeness using analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with developer docs portfolio.
• Experience documenting complex software and environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools.
• Experience writing docs for SaaS, on-prem, or enterprise tech solutions.
• Adapt content for diverse audiences: engineers, developers, business analysts, stakeholders.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows, Git, Markdown, and Docusaurus.
