📋 Description

• Own documentation for product areas, acting as the tech writing partner for teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to keep docs accurate and aligned with releases.
• Build deep expertise by testing tech and documenting real user needs.
• Manage docs projects from planning through publication and maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs and bring customer perspectives to product discussions.
• Improve docs structure, clarity, and completeness using analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with developer docs (guides, API references, tutorials).
• Experience documenting complex software and technical environments.
• Hands-on with Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker and related tools.
• Experience documenting SaaS, on-prem, or enterprise software.
• Adapt content for engineers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Familiar with docs-as-code, Git, Markdown, AI workflows, and Docusaurus.
