Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Own documentation for one or more product areas as dedicated writer for product teams
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers to align docs with releases
• Build deep expertise by testing tech and documenting real user needs
• Manage docs projects from planning to review, publication, ongoing maintenance
• Advocate for user-focused docs and bring customer perspectives to product discussions
• Improve structure, clarity, and completeness using analytics and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with developer docs portfolio
• Experience documenting complex software and tech environments
• Hands-on with Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools
• Experience writing docs for SaaS, on-prem, or enterprise tech
• Adapt content for engineers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Docs-as-code workflows, Git, Markdown; Docusaurus familiarity
• Willing to use the product ecosystem being documented
• Experience maintaining docs platforms, deployment pipelines, or infra is a plus
• Software engineering experience or programming skills are an advantage
• Contribute to writing standards and style guidelines across teams
