📋 Description

• Own docs for one or more product areas as the dedicated writing partner.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to stay accurate with releases.
• Build expertise by testing technologies and writing user-focused docs.
• Manage documentation projects from planning through publication and maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs and customer perspectives.
• Continuously improve structure and clarity using analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with a portfolio of developer docs.
• Experience testing and documenting complex software and environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools.
• Experience writing docs for SaaS, on-premise, or enterprise tech.
• Adapt content for engineers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code, Git, Markdown, and Docusaurus.
