📋 Description

• Own docs for one or more product areas with product teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers for release-aligned docs.
• Build expertise by testing tech and addressing real user needs.
• Manage docs projects from planning to publication and upkeep.
• Advocate for user-focused content and customer perspectives.
• Improve structure and standards via analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with developer docs.
• Experience testing and documenting complex software.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker and related tools.
• Experience writing SaaS, on-prem, or enterprise docs.
• Docs-as-code, Git, Markdown, and Docusaurus familiarity.
• Ability to tailor content for engineers, developers, and stakeholders.
