📋 Description

• Create and maintain user guides, API docs, and release notes.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and success teams to document workflows.
• Build API documentation with endpoints, parameters, examples and auth.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate docs for clarity.
• Ensure security/compliance alignment; maintain style guides and CMS.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in technical writing for enterprise software.
• Experience managing customer-facing documentation portals/platforms.
• Experience developing product help docs and developer guides.
• Detail-oriented with ability to deliver high-quality documentation.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Agile/Scrum familiarity; degree preferred.
