📋 Description

• Own docs for one or more product areas as the writing partner.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to align docs with releases.
• Build deep expertise by testing tech and user-focused docs.
• Manage documentation projects from planning to publication and maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs with customer perspectives.
• Improve docs structure using analytics, feedback, and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with developer docs and guides.
• Experience testing and documenting complex software products.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools.
• Experience writing docs for SaaS, on-premise, or enterprise tech.
• Adapt content for audiences including engineers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code, Git, Markdown, AI-assisted workflows, and Docusaurus.
