Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Manage documentation using GitHub (PRs, code reviews, branch management) in Markdown
• Integrate documentation into CI/CD pipelines using Static Site Generators (Docusaurus, MkDocs, Hugo)
• Maintain version control across multiple product releases, API versions, and branch merges
• Author, edit, and maintain end user documentation (API references, developer guides, user how-tos
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Managers, and Designers to translate UX designs and technical
• Work with Design to provide copy and improve UX prototypes (UX Writing)

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Engineer, or Product Content Strategy
• Proven mastery of GitHub (PRs, code reviews, branch management), Markdown, and Static Site
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants) and prompt engineering
• Ability to quickly contribute with highly technical specifications
• Strong editorial judgment to catch hallucinations, outdated parameters, or security risks
• Hands-on experience building and targeting in-app messaging using Pendo (or Appcues, Userpilot
