📋 Description

• Own documentation for one or more product areas with product teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to stay accurate for releases.
• Build expertise by testing tech and focusing on user needs.
• Manage documentation projects from planning to publication and maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs and include customer perspectives.
• Improve docs structure and clarity using analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with a portfolio of developer docs.
• Experience documenting complex software and technical environments.
• Hands-on with Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools.
• Experience writing SaaS/on-premise/enterprise docs.
• Docs-as-code familiarity: Git, Markdown, Docusaurus, AI workflows.
• Ability to tailor content for engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
