Use AI tools and automation to improve documentation quality and speed
Support multimedia content strategy with video and eLearning resources
Build relationships with product, engineering, and stakeholders to reflect upcoming changes
Collaborate with other writers and participate in review cycles
Evolve team standards, publishing processes, and distribution

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of technical writing or equivalent
Able to dive into complex systems and translate features to customers
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Experience with technical authoring environments and docs-as-code
U.S. West location (Pacific Timezone) required
