📋 Description

• Own documentation for product areas and partner with product teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to align docs with releases.
• Build deep product-area expertise by testing tech and writing user-focused docs.
• Manage docs projects from planning to publication and ongoing maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs and customer perspectives.
• Improve doc structure and clarity using analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with a portfolio including developer docs.
• Experience documenting complex software products and environments.
• Hands-on with Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools.
• Experience documenting SaaS, on-prem, or enterprise solutions.
• Familiar with docs-as-code, Git, Markdown, AI-assisted workflows, and Docusaurus.
• Adapt content for engineers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
