📋 Description

• Join Blink Health as a Technical Writer for Patient Services Ops.
• Responsible for patient-facing content across Help Center, IVR, and macros.
• Translate complex healthcare processes into clear, empathetic content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Digital Experience teams.
• Support AI-ready content for conversational AI training.
• Maintain content relevance with evolving product needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or related field.
• Experience writing for AI Agent training is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI conversational design and structured content.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and style guide experience.
• Experience designing intents/dialog flows is a plus.
