📋 Description

• Support full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll activities for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate
• Prepare and maintain payroll records, government remittances, and required payroll filings.
• Record and process sales, accounts receivable, expenses, accounts payable, payroll transactions
• Set up and maintain client files, assisting with budget preparation and administrative planning.
• Maintain, monitor, and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, bank accounts, prepaid
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) and other system uploads, ensuring financial information is accurately

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping.
• A certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline is
• Working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, bookkeeping procedures, and financial
• Familiarity with cloud accounting platforms, particularly QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Xero, is
